DAVE from ICZ Auctions and YourBids Auctions is a total crook. He's presently being investigated by Att. General in Florida State and Maryland State, the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI Internet Crime Center, IRS, AMEX and Venmo. All these folks have been reported to about the down right crooked business practices of this creep. I also have my lawyer drafting him a Demand Letter as I'm writing this review. First of all this album is total garbage. It is a fake. I also just recently bought what was described as an AUTHENTIC Baseball signed by Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle and Maris. When I received it, it also had Joe DiMaggio and Thurman Munson signatures on it. That makes it a MILLION DOLLAR BALL, so I wondered why it was sold on such a low level auction house. I showed it to Heritage Auctions who said it was absolutely fake, then Becketts, who called it "GARBAGE", then to a reputable sports authenticator SPORTSWORLD, and they game me a letter saying it is 1000 % a forgery. How did Dave at ICZ and YourBids get this ball certified authentic??? He used an unknown company "Premier" who apparently is as crooked as ICZ/Your Bids themselves. Now I'm having everything I ever bought from this crook, re-authenticated, while the authorities take care of the illegalities. Forgery and theft are serious crimes and we plan to make a full example of this grifter so others will not get scammed. Do yourself a favor, do your homework before buying online auction items. Read reviews and only use reputable auction companies. DO NOT USE ICZ, YOUR BIDS, Your Bidzz or Hiram's auctions!!!!!!!

Although they auction items & photographed them, when it came to shipping, they said that ‘ collages ’ had to be made, & took longer. What?

After winning an auction lot I ran the item past a reputable authentication company and the item came back not authentic. I reached out to ICZ with the feedback from the company asking for a refund and I'd gladly return the item. They went radio silent from that point on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they do not stand behind their items and stop responding when presented with proof.

Never received all the items.... Just excuses

JSA and PSA both declined to authenticate the signatures on the album. I've had some suspicions about ICZ and Dave Norman and this is just another example of the scam he runs. Buyer/bidder beware.

I won a lot from ICZ Auctions on January 31st. Received the invoice and paid immediately, set up shipping plans and everything. Hadn't heard anything from them in about a week, so I contacted them. Another week went by so I sent another email and tried to call. Now, another week has went by, 2 unanswered emails, no answered phone calls, and I've even got the third party auctioneer in on it. It is now February 22nd, and still no update on shipment. How hard is it to be transparent to your customers? Terrible service. Will never bid or shop with ICZ Auctions ever again, and I'd recommend every steer clear of them.

I was sold forgeries of poor quality. The authenticator company does not respond and has a reputation for being a scam. Had ICZ done a minimum due diligence they would have found out but clearly they know they are selling fakes. When you ask them for reimbursement they say you have to produce the proof which means you have to spend the same or more than the fake items sold in order to prove they are forgeries. Is a total fraud. Many of positive reviews come most likely from people do not know they got forgeries.

I was outbid for this item. ICZ charged me anyway and never shipped the item. I contacted them and got no reply. I have major concerns about the authenticity of item. The description stated it had COA from a third party, but there was an entirely different COA company shown with item display. Very crooked dealings.

Wasn't sure about the authenticity of the autograph, Thurman Munson. The COA came from a company whose website doesn't seem to be current, Premier Authentication. Representative at ICZ said just send it back, no info, no discussion of possibility it is incorrect. Thankfully didn't pay a lot so I will keep it. Not worth the hassle of sending back and getting stuck for shipping and buyers premium.

Bought an George Reeves AUTOGRAPHED index card in a Display 24x30 400.00. Once it arrived i took out the index card and maid it in to PSA Authentication it came back as not real, i also sent it to Beckett to have them Authentication it came back as unable to Authentication. I sent copys of the two letter about the autograph he claims that his expert said it really, but yet two diffrent places said it was a fake. Also, he said that he wouldn't take the autograph back because i destroyed the 250:00 frame that it came with, will he's full of it, beacuse Hobby lobby not frame but double matted witch the autograph came in coast me 60.00 to reduo the way the autograph arrived. So Im not sure why a double matted card board fram is costing you 250.00. Ive all ready filed my complain with the DA's office in Florida but was unable to get any where since the address he proviced was a mail box store front and the box was full of mail so they could not deliver the letters. this will probably be taken down since all his negetive review get pulled, Im going to reach out toDanDoyle.com to see if getting anywhere with this. Stay away from this auction house.

Last year on April 21st I was the winning bidder on 4 items totaling $1080.71 after waiting a month with no word from icz, I sent them a message, it went unanswered. A month later on June 24th I sent this message, This is the second attempt and inquiry about the status of the 4 items I won and paid for in the Friday Afternoon Auction on April 21, 2023. It's now been over 2 months, please respond with some sort of explanation in regards to the 3 albums and the Kirk Hammett LTD guitar w/case. Their reply was, Thanks for the email. I’ll check Monday when I get in. Another week passed and I sent a 3rd message, Another week has passed and this is now the third attempt at contacting ICZ auctions about the 4 items I won and paid for over 2 months ago. Please ship my items or refund me the full amount of $1080.71 Their reply was, They have been shipped ups office is closed today but I’ll see what I can find out. No shipping # was ever sent! On July 11th, almost 3 months after winning and paying for the items I sent a final message. Another week has passed and I still haven't received the 3 albums (Rage Against The Machine, Pink Floyd & Metallica) or the Kirk Hammett guitar that I won and paid for almost 3 months ago. Please advise and explain what the delay is. At that point the conversation was marked closed and I could no longer send messages concerning those items. Long story short, I was recently contacted by LiveAuctioneers with this email response. I'm sorry to hear you haven't gotten the lots nor a refund for this sale. We have been reaching out to ICZ Auctions for the tracking number or refund but Dave keeps telling us the lots have shipped. However, he has not given us the tracking number. We would recommend that you contact your credit card company to see what options are available for you. We have also closed the auction house's account. This means their upcoming auctions have been taken down and they will be unable to sell on LiveAuctioneers. Thanks A LOT!!!

Never received the item and after a year, I was finally refunded.

I received the 2 signed Zeppelin albums, but both failed to be certified authentic by James Spence Authenticators. My best guess is that both are probably forged. The signed Pink Floyd drumhead was never received and after almost a year and endless amounts of emails with Live Auctioneers, I was finally refunded.

As background I have purchased probably 35 signed albums through ICZ. I have never had any sent out for recertification and in the short term don't plan to. Assuming everything is legit, I would give a 5 * rating as the items have come promptly, appropriately packaged, communication has been good and cc payment has been accurate. The rating is 4 * because anything which needs to be certified as authentic could be a forgery, and something others have stated. If that is the case, well I overpaid for what is still authentic vinyl albums. I do wish the CoA was more specific to the actual item, not just an inserted card. Others I have purchased referenced a photo of the exact album, description and signature of authenticator. Of course that doesn't eliminate the potential for a fake, but would at least let me feel better.

Always Great items to choose from in many collectible categories. Shipping and packaging are great as well. Dave cares about his customers and it always shows. Will continue to do business with them for years to come. Super items and sometimes a bargain can be won.
