What an embarrassment the shipping Box was totally destroyed the guitar was inside it not even packed tightly but just floating around I was so tempted just to call you and have you give me my money back I won't ever bid and any auction items from your house again you're an embarrassment it took forever to get the guitar I never could get tracking numbers left messages Multiple E mails With no timely responses
