Terrible communication. Almost a month and have not received my items won. More than likely won't bid from this company again. I hope I actually get the items won as shown in the auction pictures. Lost trust.

After initial good communication, they promised to ship on October 16. They never sent a tracking number, they never responded to another messages despite me reaching out via message, e-mail, and voice mail. After LiveAuctioneers intervened directly, they told LA that the items were damaged in shipping and that there'd be a refund. They did issue a refund, but never communicated again. Had they communicated even once, had they shared a tracking number so I could see "damaged in shipping" from the carrier, had they even reached out after the fact, I would likely have a completely different impression. Alas, here we are.

ICZ Auctions contacted me directly via WhatApp to insist that I needed to pay via Venmo or Zelle due to a "policy" (listed nowhere) about auction dollar limits. After researching the company for five minutes, realizing that they've changed names about 10 times presumably to launder a terrible reputation (seriously spend 5 minutes on Google to see what the community thinks about this seller), I refused delivery of the items. I was never offered a refund, though I would gladly welcome one, please feel free to issue that at any time. This company "self-certifies" their items, in other words, they set up their own "authentication" company to pretend the items they sell have been properly vetted by trusted professionals. Nothing will pass muster if you take it to real professionals. Absolute garbage, have the full receipts to back up my review. In my experience, people should avoid this seller.

ICZ sells fake signatures at inflated costs using their own in-house "authentication" company, i. e. the items are worth exactly diddly squat. The auctioneer contacted me via whatsapp to suddenly change payment policies, hounded me for payment for days and started recommending we should go into business together. I refused delivery of the fake items. Do the 5 minutes of google research I should have and save yourself money and headaches-this seller has a long well-established reputation as a fraudster. Let the buyer beware.

I must add that this auctioneer's platform never did anything either (after multiple pleading emails) and still allows ICZ to conduct auctions. Based on the excessive complaints from multiple would be customers, it's now common knowledge that I'm not the only one they do this to. I even gave ICZ since April to make things right, and they only gave me the textbook runaround. I'm out over $4000 now from their various other auctions. No justice, and no security. I don't feel save using this site for bidding any longer.

Great service great merchandise

I see I am not the only one to pay for items never received. They will not provide me or Live Auctioneers tracking numbers. They clain UPS sent a refund in September and almost January 1 and still no refund to me. Rude and obnoxious the rare occasion they do reply which is usually only when I get Live Auctioneers involved. I am VERY disappointed that Live Auctioneers has been no help. They have hosted several auctions for ICZ since the July auction they took my money but did not deliver. I would NEVER recommend doing business with these cons and now like another reviewer I am going to have to take them to court.

I enjoy Bidding on certain items.

I won several items and there was one item listed but wasn’t actually in the auction. They still took my payment even though the item was not I. The auction. I’ve been trying to contact them to refund my money and I have not heard from them they admitted fault and know what they did but still have not received pay, e t or any communication. I have all the emails and will contact my credit card company and file a complaint.

Never received the item, nor the previous one I bought 6 mths ago. No tracking used and items not received. No initiated correspondence or action from ICZ.

My last review was removed so I am trying again. The terms of the auction and also the Auction House owner said all items come with documentation. I purchased 9 items and not one came with documentation. In the state of Florida an auctioneer must have their auction license visible and annoucned for everyone working the auction. This has been confirmed with the DPBR of florida. It is violation of the law. Also all advertising must reference their auction license information. I asked for documentaiton and never provided it. I asked for a refund and he offerered to relist the items in the next auction. After 7 weeks and me repeatedley asking for a refund or documentation I filed a dispute. The owner said they do business as they see fit. I guess that means not providing documentation and nothing whatsover to back up the owners COA and also not following simple laws on auctions in FL. The "new" independent COA company Premier is also intetestingly the same name of his business on BBB. Premier Memoribillia LLC. Third party? Maybe not. Anyway the owner called me a thief because I asked for a refund. I am happy to give every single of the documentationless items back. I am not a thief. I wonder how many bad reviews have been removed because they call it like it is. Bottom line seems pretty shady in my opionion. I mean how many Beatles autographs does this guy have? Big Clue they don't go for under $300.
