Ship the wrong item
I won 3 items and one the them that I received is the wrong item. Email the seller about this and they told me several times that they will mail out the correct item for me. I ask for tracking # and never got it. Keep emailing the seller and they keep giving me the same routine, will mail it out soon. How, do you managed to ship the wrong item in the first place. Would I buy again from this seller, depends on the items that they are selling, Some items seem FAKE.

Yes we shipped the wrong item to you. It happens we ship over 1000 items a week. Mistakes happen we told you to keep the one you were sent by mistake and you were sent a tracking for the missing piece and we show it delivered you even purchased from us after this so not sure why the review? Or calling the items fake you’ve never once mentioned anything about that or anything to that matter.

Never received a tracking number, not received the lot after 45 days of waiting.
after some problems with UPS, I contacted ICZ auction. Dave was great with me, and solved my problem right away by sending me my lot very quickly. He was very friendly and efficient despite the fact that I harassed him a bit by email, sorry. I thank ICZ and really recommend them. Thanks to them.

Fake SRV autograph
I bought it against my better judgement. I put the autograph away for a while and then found it clearing out my desk. Sent it in for authentication and came back as no good.

Rather interesting. This is from roughly 2 years ago. Our records show you have that made one attempt to contact us. I’d think if it was no good you would’ve sent us a email with documentation proving it was in fact no good. Not just a review bashing us. We went and looked and the item had a psa quick opinion. So I’m curious as to who told you it was no good.

I posted a picture at a collector page and was instantly told, by 6 different people, that the autographs were fake.
