Always a great time and deal!

Always good

I had questions concerning shipping. I called, several times, and left several voicemail messages. I never received a return phone call. The shipping policy on the auction stated “large items (guitars) and items over $1000 would be shipped via FedEx” and would require a signature. With no response to any of my voicemails, my guitar was shipped via UPS and NO SIGNATURE was required. Luckily, I was home when UPS left the guitar at my front door.

I like it all about the items and amounts!

I want to be as fair as possible. Overall I'm thoroughly disappointed. Purchase was complete on July 9th. Asked about my order through messaging on LiveAuctioneers, email, etc. Was given a run of excuses and lines. I attempted to cancel the sale entirely after a month but was refused. Mainly because the big item purchased was for a birthday on August 2nd. ICZ waited 40 days to ship the first parcel, three weeks beyond said birthday. Items were as described and to ICZ's credit very well packed. However, one item was left out of the parcel. I reached out through the website, to the email direct, and the responses I received were weak. What's the invoice number? (included in the subject), we can take 4 weeks to ship framed items, (nothing I had was framed). So if you have no need of support, no rush to get your items, then this place is for you. Otherwise I would avoid it. Frankly 40 days to ship (43 to receipt) is laughable. Then to not send all the items purchased is just a continued slight. Beyond that LiveAuctioneers support is non-existent. They will respond but no actual customer service is given. Exact words from LA “We are solely a passive conduit to facilitate communication between you and the Auction House” So they will forward an email for you. That’s it. They will not action anything in a complaint. This experience has concluded my dealings with both ICZ Auctions & LiveAuctioneers. At the time of this review I never received the fourth item. Last response was 5 days ago saying out with another round of Covid. Hesitate to bid here. I'm avoiding it indefinitely.

The box came bashed in and one of my display's was bent. Dave answered my email fast forwarded it over to Alexander the Customer Service Rep and got me handled quickly. They had the display redone and out in 4 days!

Good company to deal with over all. But has some things that could use some improvement to make the customer experience better

I have bought a number of items through ICZ Auctions successfully, however one item was never received. Paid for in very early August and still not received some 7 weeks later. A further very disappointing matter is NIL response to various follow up emails. Whatever has happened, just tell us. No tracking reference either so my item might be gone. Hopefully not.

I still have not received these items. They've indicated twice in the past that they have shipped (different dates). It's been 2 months!

ICZ Auctions is Professional. They respond to email questions/concerns immediately. Shipping was quick and item was packaged very well, protected. I am very pleased with the item I won and received. Exactly as stated in the listing. I will do business with this auction house in the future.

Watch out, read reviews due your research. Customer service is aggressive and rude. Lots of Autographs are not authentic.

Very Good Transaction

I won two items in the auction. I should have known I was in trouble when they wouldn’t tell me who signed the DMB album. I called and texted and got zero response. I contacted Live auction and got a “we are trying to help if we can” response. Do not buy from them. They only use their personal authorization certificates. I can scribble on an album and give you a piece of paper saying it was signed by someone famous. And that is EXACTLY how they do business. Now go ahead and call me a liar, say I never contacted you and I am a bad customer. That is what you do to all buyers who know the game you play.

I've bought a few guitars from ICZ. They always have interesting instruments that are hard to find, and their shipping is fast and inexpensive, especially compared to other auction houses. I have only messaged them a time or two, but their response was rapid and they had the info I needed.

Items came in a few weeks, which is fine. Very hard to speak to anyone with questions or concerns. No phone number at all.

Recommend that buyers verify signatures with online research
