The mulitple auction platforms especially live auctioneers to me is very confusing. In the past, I thought I won four items when in fact none were won.

Everyone at Artemis Gallery is extremely professional and courteous. They provide the most extensive provenance of any auction house and always answer questions about their pieces.

For German customs procedure, it is necessary to attach a copy of the bill on the exterior of the packet. It would be easier for German customers if you could take that into account. Everything else was fine, thank you.

When buying in this way my main worry is always the arrangements for shipping. Artemis is great with organising this, and that is why I am glad to come back to their auctions.

Mistakes were made on my part and they went out of their way to help me solve the issues. I recommend them regularly to my fellow antiquities collector friends.

Charging 4 % for using PayPal or a credit card SUCKS and is against PayPal rules.
