Your feedback is noted and we are very sorry if you feel that we are lacking in communication/delivery. I have very specific notes and detailed transactions, regarding your most recent order that I'd like to revisit if I may: You messaged in and this matter was investigated on Thursday 9/5. I replied in just over 90 minutes (many businesses ask for a 24-48 turnaround time to allow for a response) with all the specifics. The issue was that your payment was made the Friday afternoon, 8/30, before Labor Day weekend, and I explained that we are not open on the weekends and we were closed on Monday, Labor Day (9/2), a national holiday, as well. Your payment was processed Tuesday, 9/3, when we reopened, and your order was packed and shipped on Wednesday, 9/4, which is a 1-day turnaround time from payment processing/order receipt. I then personally messaged you again at 9:06 on Friday morning, 9/6, once I had access to the UPS tracking number and expected delivery date and time, along with a link to the UPS website so you would be able to easily track your order. You would have also received an automated email the day before with this information from UPS, as those are generated when shipments leave the gallery and enter the UPS system. This is my accounting of the details that I have logged in the system on my end. Once again, we regret that you feel that shipping was delayed and communication was lacking, but please understand that we are not open on the weekends or national holidays; and in terms of communication, I responded as quickly and efficiently as possible, so I am open to suggestions you can provide for improvement.
