They do good research, share their findings in sizable write-ups (it can be interesting just to browse their information, even for items I’m not interested in buying), and if you purchase the item they include their information when they ship. The auction catalog pictures and description were wonderful for an amazing piece of Roman Glass. Paying was extremely easy and the in-house shipping was quick and very reasonably priced. The delicate Roman Glass piece was packed extremely well and arrived in awesome condition. They know how to pack fragile items really well. Another great buying experience and very happy with the piece.
