Artemis is clearly one of my favorite auction houses. The only negative I can offer is that their live auctions move very slow.

They are all lovely, knowledgeable people who are a pleasure to deal with.

The shipping department should be more communicative about date of shipping, tracking etc. The items of more then $3000.00 were put by the door without any confirmation by the carrier.

I never receive any messages from this auction house as to when the next sale is, when my item will be shipped, when my item has been shipped. Better communication would be nice.
