I won the auction with Artemis Gallery, when I got the invoice it was several hundred dollars higher than my bid, when I called to question the difference in price I was told the item was not for sale, and had been sold. The item was accidentally put up for auction. I spent my day waiting for the auction, NO SALE and I am very dissapointed!

Prices for shipping are high. I sent e-mails seeking more information about a purchase I made and got no response. I spent about $1000 on Auction items. The fees were ridiculously high and no response to e-mails makes me think twice about buying anything with the company.

The auction house somehow doesn't want to help me under declare the value amount for shipping and also alter the item description because in my country if the item is not religious item it's very hard for us to declare it
