Overall, a positive experience. Thought it would ship sooner than a full business week later and was surprised no signature was necessary when delivered considering the price for UPS ground was $132.12. Invoice pending is still listed on LiveAuctioneers site (emailed Elaine concerning this)

I did not received my payed items. Shipped at 8. Feb. and still not received at 28. Feb. And responding to my email was absolutely not helpful. Can you please arrange that i get my payed items.

I'm so sorry to all of you at this fantastic gallery. I shouldn't have been so upset that my necklace wasn't illustrated in the Sothebys Catalog. I really would have tapped out sooner but now that I got it back, lengthened from the jeweler, I love it and I'm so happy that I bought it. I will be buying more from you in the future.
