Great company! I am Japanese and won the bid from Japan and had nothing to worry about. I was not worried about anything because they, Mint Auctioneers, sent me reassuring emails every time I bid. I had the worst experience with Neil Auctions................. no answers to my questions. The shipping company I dealt with never contacted me.... They referred me to a rip-off UPS store and charged me $650 for shipping without even giving me a quote.... Mint Auction was great by comparison! Fast reply and communication! Fast response, communication, and reasonable shipping costs! I thought this is an international company that takes very good care of their customers, which is a normal thing to do! I would definitely use them again if the opportunity arises! Thank you very much!

took forever to get items and when they were received, they came in boxes much larger than the item, with little packing material. Boxes were crushed but items inside were undamaged. Would have hoped that items would have been shipped with more care.
