Good service and timeliness

Very quick shipping

I ordered this item as a Father's Day gift. Paid in full on 06/02/23. Today is 06/20/23. I still have not received the item. I contacted the auction house on several occasions. First, I was told it shipped on 06/05/23. Tracking didn't update. Contacted MYNT on 06/08/23, was told I would be able to see updates the next day. On 06/14/23, I contacted again, was told it was shipping out on 06/15/23. Finally, today, 06/20/23, tracking shows movement. Needless to say, did NOT arrive for Father's Day despite them having more than TWO WEEKS to get it to me. I feel like I was repeatedly lie to by MYNT. Really dissatisfied.

So far I’ve been mostly satisfied with this company. Everything has been accurate and they notify when shipping. I’ve only had a billing issue awhile back, but otherwise good to deal with.

There are a few things that make this my favorite auction house. First is the almost seamless shipping process, and secondly would be the quality authentication services they use, and thats why they can guarantee they're pieces. I've burned by other houses that have less then honest authenticators. And thats my own fault for not researching until after the purchase, and I should've been a little more suspicious when they're policy said that they're authentication company guarantees they're opinion... really?? I can guarantee my opinion, which is that that maybe the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Being a memorbilia collector and trader, authentication is everything and this house, like me, use three of the most trusted 90 % of the time, Becket, James Spence, and PSA. Three of the top 10 services in my opinion. So the shipping and peace of mind puts this auction house at the top of my favorites list. A + + + +!!

Smooth transaction, fast shipping …

Mynt's service and sales department are really bad. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have spent 2 months trying to get my item, but they keep making excuses for NOT sending the item. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Try other online auctions. I have had good experiences with several other online auctions, but Mynt just doesn't care about you at all. Will never use again and I am telling everyone I know. I don't want anyone to be taken advantage of by this company who doesn't put you as a priority.

I stopped bidding on this item yet still received it for much more than I bid. Contacted mynt auctions several times with no satisfaction. They told me they would stop shipment yet got it anyway. Emailed Mynt and LiveAuctioneers. Said they would look into it. LiveAuctioneers said there was a glitch and the item shouldn't have been awarded to me. No response back from Mynt auction other than say they would look into it. After numerous emails still have a picture I don't want and Mynt auctions have gone silent. Not a very good experience using this auction house. Poor communication and they don't care about keeping customers satisfied. Buyer beware

This high-level item and purchase received top priority regarding communication, additional images and details, and very clear guidelines regarding this policy and shipping requirements. I am over the moon with this purchase and would absolutely buy from Mint Auctions again in the future. AAA + + + Thank you!

It took way too long to receive this expensive item. Item well packed, but one earring clasp was missing and these expensive earrings were presented in a cheap dime-store box. Not at all what I expected for higher end jewelry. The item took almost six weeks to be delivered.
