Hello-We are so sorry to hear you are unhappy with this item. At MYNT, we try to do whatever we can to accommodate our customers 'needs both pre and post auction. Would you please email ********** with pictures of the tear you are referring to? Once we receive those pictures we will compare them to the original listing and description of the item you bid on and won. If it is determined that the tear was not disclosed properly then we would be able to offer you the following options: 1. You can keep the item and we will credit you $50 towards your MYNT account. 2. You can send the item back to us for a full credit towards any other MYNT auction. 3. We can allow you a one time courtesy to return the item for a comparable replacement in better condition. We ship using a 3rd party company so we have no control over the rates that are provided to ship items internationally. We also have no impact on the duties that are charged when an item goes through customs. Hello, MYNT Auctions, like most auction houses, is supplied with inventory from consignors around the world. MYNT utilizes Virtual Consignment ™ for many items listed in our auctions. By offering our consignors this flexibility, MYNT provides our bidders unparalleled access to unique inventory at better pricing when compared to your typical auction house and/or other consignment partnerships. Some of our consignors list and sell on other platforms, so it's not uncommon for these items to also be listed on ebay or other selling platforms. We have direct relationships with many of these vendors outside of ebay or other selling platforms. Having these relationships enables us to pass through our more favorable pricing. As an online auction house we are very transparent about how we operate, and are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and for that we apologize. Hi Molly, We are sorry to hear about your experience. MYNT Auctions, like most auction houses, is supplied with inventory from consignors around the world. MYNT utilizes Virtual Consignment ™ for many items listed in our auctions. The item that you bid on and won, was on consignment with us. Our intentions were nothing short of receiving the item you won from our consignor, and then shipping it out to you within our guidelines. The email you are referring to is automatically generated when an item has not been shipped within 8 business days after receiving payment for your item. When this email went was sent it also generated a follow up email request to the consignor asking for an update on when the item could be expected to reach our fulfilment center. It was at that time that MYNT auctions was notified that the item you won was sold on another platform that the consignor (not MYNT) lists their items on. Again, we apologize about this happening and we completely understand the frustrations behind it as we share the same feelings. In any instance when an item is sold on another platform the consignor lists on, we always offer to replace the item with an exact replacement and/or an upgrade to the initial item you bid on and won. We do show this option was offered to you, but it may have been to late to rectify the situation.
