The auction catalog pictures and description were great for an amazing piece of Roman Glass. Paying was extremely easy and the in-house shipping was wonderful and very reasonably priced. I had several questions after the auction that were promptly answered. The delicate Roman Glass piece was packed extremely well and arrived in awesome condition. They know how to pack fragile items really well. Great buying experience and very happy with the piece.

In general, I have been very satisfied with the service from Artemis Gallery during the last many years. Just this time, I asked to ship the item with DHL, AG got the quotation but after my approval they just forgot to send me the invoice. Then I got word that they would provide me with shipping information as soon as the item was shipped, but I never got it. The item is already here now.
