I've since dealt with other auction houses and Mynt is by far the most organized and easiest one to have dealings with. Shipping is easy, fast and reasonably priced!!

I will not be buying from this auction house again
I ordered a chandelier. you can never know what you are getting from an auction, so part of my fault. First it took over a month to get the chandelier. The chandelier was new, still in the original box, unassembled. That is fine, but, they didn't clearly state the manufacturer or the fact it was unassembled, and the price range they listed was way off. once I got the chandelier I searched for the model number, and found it new at a reputable home goods store for much much less than what this auction house listed as the price range. After the buyers premium and shipping I paid way too much. I won't trust them again.

Fast support responses, super slow shipping
I won the bid for a signed helmet on Dec 5th expecting shipment within 1-3 weeks, hoping in time for Christmas gift. After no contact during that time, I reached out to support and received a quick response letting me know of delays. I followed up again after a month of no shipment, received a response letting me know I should expect it within 2 more weeks. Nothing. Sent another email January 20th and they shipped it Jan 21st (maybe after the team lost playoffs and they could buy it for less money and then ship it-I can only speculate). Unfortunate terrible experience with the delay and stress of waiting so it will most likely be my last time usingLiveauctioneers.com or Mynt Auctions.

Strong communication and fast shipping!
Mynt was very quick to respond to an inquiry on an item. After a successful bid, I sent an inquiry about picking up the item as I was local. The team told me that the item qualified for free shipping and was already on its way to me. Packaging was thorough and appropriate and my watch winder is up and running. Thanks!

My first transaction with Mynt Auctions was very professional, and I received my item (framed lithograph) quickly and securely packaged. Invoicing was very detailed, and although I did not contact them directly regarding my purchase, it provided clear instructions if I had an issue.
