Item not shipped in over 4 months!
I ordered Muhammad Ali Autographed Display, LOT 0088, APRIL 21, 2023 FOR $115.56 and still not received. They never answer their phone. They never return my phone calls. They never responded to my text. They have replied twice to my dozens messages requesting status or tracking but still the item is missing.

Your are so full of it! We shipped to your address on file and 3 times the boxes were returned to us addresse not known so we paid for shipping 3 extra times and you keep on insisting the address is correct and now you do this!

Items not shipped
I ordered these two items from ICZ auctions and have yet to receive items. (A) John Gotti Autographed Card, LOT 0077 AND (B) Sammy the Bull Gravano Autographed Card, LOT 0068 FOR A TOTAL OF $118.83, DATED APRIL 28, 2023. They never answer their phone. They never return my phone calls. They have not return my text messages. They have replied to two of my dozen messages stating that they either shipped them to GA vs. VA or have then reshipped BUT they will not provide me the tracking numbers or issue me a refund.

They put a hologram sticker on everything you buy
They put a hologram sticker on everything, in this case, I got a baseball card from them, they put the sticker on the card, which ruined the back of the card. so what you get from the is not accurate. I contacted them, told them that to ask for a refund, they told me no and that they put the hologram sticker on everything. I wrote them again, they have not gotten back with me. I would not buy anything from them because they don "t care if they damage the item with there hologram sticker. The card is now worthless because of them. They could have just put the hologram on the plastic insert it would have been fine.

Still haven't received my items from July 9th...
I have won many items from ICZ auctions and have always had great service. Unfortunately this time, for whatever reason, they wont send me the items I won and paid for on the same day. I have written them numerous times and i got o e response that said it should have been shipped and I will check on it. And then they never got back to me. That was a week ago.

Beware
Having bid on this item by mistake, I tried in vain to have ICZ contact, phone, email, and thru Live. Live made every effort to arbitrate this sale, even for going Live’s commission. ICZ refused. I will never bid on any item involving ICZ. If anyone doesn’t believe, including the “one man show” at ICZ, I have archived conversations of any form between all parties. I have also reported ICZ to the BBB and to the Florida Bureau of Commerce. I want to also commend Live’s help in this matter. Think long and hard before bidding on ICZ items. James

This is rather funny, You bid on the item actually your bid 4 times outbidding other bidders. Then after it went over $1000 you email and say you want to cancel. Buyers Remorse? Playing Games. Well not with us. You out bid sgood clients. Then you paid for the item. Now you want to leave a bad review and contact the BBB what do they have to do with how we operate? Your the one you need to be aware and stay away from.

This order had a guitar and Beatles dolls I was worried about shipping but it was packed so tight you could’ve dropped it off a building and it would’ve been fine!

Surprisingly Steep Shipping
Package containing two flat items would not cost any more than one item, but sure seemed like a price for two separately shipped items. The items were flat against one surface of the box and covered in packing peanuts rather than packing peanuts/items/packing peanuts. This has nothing to do with ICZ, but box marked fragile on several surfaces arrived mashed and slightly mangled by UPS. Miraculously, it didn't impact the contents of the box. Lot descriptions mention that items come with a COA. The COA is a mass-printed certificate from ICZ, not an independent verification company. FYI.

Be Patient
They are a small auction house and sometimes it takes a little longer to receive your items. However, I did get the items I won and was taken care of with courteous service. Out of the 2 items I won, the first one took a little longer than expected, but the second item arrived in just a week. Give them time and you'll be satisfied. Will certainly do business with them again.

SCAMMERS!!!!!
Think twice about getting involved with the ICZ auction house. They are a small operation that has ZERO customer service. I "won" an auction item at a May 4th auction but never received the item. When I would contact ICZ, I would get a response along the lines of "it should have shipped" or "I will check" or "I will get back to you". Well, they never would get back to me after days and sometimes weeks. I always had to follow up with them and when I did, I would get the same non-response and another promise to follow up that was never kept. Around mid-June they just stopped responding. So here we are 2 months later on July 4th and I still have never received my item and I am not sure how to get my $1500 back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FLY-BY-NIGHT AUCTION HOUSE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Fly by night? Over 500 5 star reviews? Maybe think again before you write a false review and torch someone’s business. Let’s get the facts which are all backed by email You won a 4ft tall movie prop which we emailed soon as you won that we needed to get a larger box and more durable box to shop it out in and explained it was going to take some time to get something secure to ship this delicate item. Instead you send us negative and threatening emails and the voice mails are something else too. We offered to refund you in full and you got more irate. Not sure what you expect or want us to do we were very transparent from the auctions end to the other day when you sent another nasty message. What would you like a damaged item or something shipped and secure. Fly by night is an outright lie and you know it.
