There shipping & handling system is substandard. There very slow & they should automatically include tracking with everyone's order. I had an incident where they processed my order but never shipped it. Had to open up a case with the credit card company & luckily I kept all of my documents & won the case. Wasted a lot of my valuable time & money to keep them from stealing. In the end it cost ICZ $1000's because I was a very good customer & I didn't order from them for well over a year after that. Now I keep a close eye on them & I won't bid on multiple auctions of there's at the same time. I have to receive my items 1st from a previous auction of there's before I attend another from them. They have auctions t o close together which confuses them & they have a tuff time keeping up with who won what & what was & wasn't shipped. As a final note I won't be convinced of there honesty until I have all of the signed items I purchased from them professionally authenticated. When I do, I will re post. I really hope everything that I purchased from them is authentically signed. If there not, the value goes from 1, 000 's to about 100 bucks. And that includes the value of the picture frames. If only they would get there items professionally authenticated. Ok I'll keep you posted!!!!!

I was overjoyed and amazed when I opened my item. I received the box today which held my treasure and I was very impressed with the packaging. I thought I was getting a LP cover, was not expecting the 2 LPs to be with it. But they were, and brand new. ICZ treated my item like gold. I am very impressed with the packaging, and shipping time (very fast, 9 days and that includes weekends and July 4 holiday time-Florida to Texas) I will not hesitate to do business with ICZ Auctions in the future.

Had a sealed item, which was not as described, auction house would not offer any rebate or help trying to contact the client, even tho the other items were as described, i would probably not use this house again

My first and last bidding in ICZ. No shipping options so they charge you whatever they want. They charge your credit card with very short notice. No tracking information. Only after I contacted liveauctioneers support team (thanks). And they give you a useless COA signed by themselves! They pull auctions on a weekly basis and most of them with rolling stones or beatles signatures. Sorry, hard to believe …

Was planning on not buying anything this auction... see how that worked out. I mean a Walt W signed display all day long!!

Why I keep coming back to ICZ Auctions is for the personal service and caring in packaging!!

Most of the items I purchased arrived, but not all. That one I was told was damaged in shipping and was returned to ICZ. They told me they would repair it and send it back. They never did. They made promises for many months but never got around. Instead, I would get told stories and lied to repeatedly about how the shipment was going be sent. They never shipped it out.

The autographs card is nice and clean but, the display picture it came with is a picture from the movie CBGBs. It’s not the actual band members. There’s nothing stating the names the autographs belong to. I guess I will need to use a picture of my own. Also I have the COA. But, where am I to look for online the numbers to prove who the autographs are from?

I have always found ICZ dependable, careful, and easy to deal with. Their autographed albums come carefully wrapped and with appropriate authenticity documentation. I am very pleased with this auction house.
