Everyone at Hess was most helpful. In particular I would mention Rachel. The only difficulties arose when as a non U. S. resident bidder I wished to pay. I felt this was unecessarily difficult. Nevertheless I would certainly use Hess Fine Auctions again. Top marks for helping sort out challenges.

The two "Omega" watches I purchased from this site were taken to Omega in Paris for servicing. I was informed that they would not be able to help me as the two timepieces are counterfeit.

I was excited about winning the art and could not wait to receive it. It was packed extremely well and came to me safely, which is surprising since the art was in a glass frame... kudos to the team! My only concern was how long it took for my item to arrive. I did not receive tracking information so was even lucky I was home to receive it. Added just a tad of stress to the process. Besides that all was good.

Service after the sale was excellent, everything was as described and we look forward to continuing to do business with this excellent auction house. highly recommend

I bought this sterling pitcher sight unseen. It was exactly as described and we were pleased. Arranging payment was confusing, but didn't affect the outcome of our purchase. Wish every auction house used a standardized payment and shipping policy and that Live Auctioneers had a telephone number for customer support. Thanks for a great purchase!
