Sir this is categorically incorrect and unreasonable. Our contract terms are clear and you agree to them BEFORE your bid is placed. You seem upset about the disclosed credit card fees charged, which you agreed to. Before the invoices where created your got a "Victorious Winner" email that gave you five (5) separate payment methods that did not have any credit card fees. We do this in an abundance of fairness a day before invoices are generated. You did not avail yourself of any of these alternative payment methods. The shipping calculator was in the auction so the shipping costs should not be a surprise but again you had the opportunity to choose an outside shipper. You did not avail yourself of these outside shippers. Sales Tax is governed under Wayfair V South Dakota and is collected and remitted by the platform and agreed to when you joined. We sellers have no control over your States sale tax laws. It is true that after you paid with a credit card and received the item properly packed, insured signature delivery you wanted to renegotiate the terms, and we explained we could not. I am truly sorry you where unaware of the contract terms that you agreed to but this is not the fault of the seller.

Though, I did reply to your January 28, 2023 02:34 am EST message on January 28, 2023 at 01:48 pm EST and copied our shipping department to take action. Though, it is very apparent the message was not received. As such, we are putting measures in place to prevent a disconnect such as this from happening again.
