Awhile ago I was invited to make a wishlist and answer a few questions. At most auction houses with whom I have done business I find I am added to a mass mailing list and I'm hit with lots of news of no value to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was alerted (a rare event from Artemis) to the auction of a few items in my area of interest. Subsequent contact carried me sweetly through the bidding, payment and shipment processes. Delightful and most satisfying experience.

I was impressed with the bidding system, not being hounded by the auction house, giving a complete and thorough description of the item no matter what the value. I've spent many thousands of dollars on items and just a few hundred and the documentation they include with your purchase is pretty great. I am an auctioneer and I spend extra time making sure my customers are happy. It's obvious Artemis is the same way, when someone asks about something I've purchased, no matter how bizarre, I can tell them exactly what it is and feel like I will always have a good idea of what I bought, In writing and in color with a picture of the item. That's a lot more than I can say for other auctions I've dealt with.
