When I saw the item up for auction, I knew I had to have it but did not feel good about the initial bid of $300. I entered the auction, heart racing, and bid the first... AND ONLY BID! I was praying to be outbid, but I really wanted it! I was the only bidder, the shipped it via UPS at my request, and I am in love with this big ol 'purple rock! I am so thrilled with the whole process, even what I ended up paying. I am a very happy customer!

I’ve had two excellent experiences purchasing items at auction from Artemis Gallery, and I can highly recommend them.

I have been buying from Artemis for several years and highly recommend them. There was an issue with my last purchase that ended up causing damage to the piece before I got it. They called me, were very honest and wanted to make sure I was aware of the issue. They told me I could get a complete refund but I ended up keeping what I purchased. The repair was barely noticeable and it was on ancient glass. I could not find it again. It means a lot that they would tell me about an issue with a purchase instead of just sending it to me without letting me know. I told their manager I would continue to be a loyal customer and appreciated how they handled this. Fantastic treatment of customers.
