The customer service at Ripley's is extraordinary. The owner and crew will go to great lengths to make a sale "right". Maggie, in the office, is unparalleled in customer service. I highly recommend them.

Ripley was prompt and responsive both before I bid on an item and after I had won a lot number. I have won bids with multiple auction houses and Ripley's was the first won lot to arrive (despite winning other lots a few days earlier, which have yet to be seen). It was packaged beautifully and they were communicative throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Ripley!!
