Overall, a very good interaction with the auction house. This was the first time I’ve dealt with this particular Auction group. We had an issue and it was resolved in a timely manner to everyone’s satisfaction. In the future, I would certainly do business with them again.

Nonexistent customer service. Do not deal directly with Bruce.
Very dissatisfied with my experience. After waiting for two weeks without delivery, I emailed customer service twice with no response. I called and the owner, Bruce answered. When I asked him for some help with my issue he proceeded to tell me that (A) He has sent 100, 000 items to customers (B) He was the largest seller on eBay ever (C) All Canadians are cheap and want the cheapest possible shipping and (D) that I was lying about emailing for help. The most arrogant and unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. The only thing he didn't tell me was when to expect my delivery or where my parcel was.

Customer was combative. Item was shipped within 1 day of payment being received. USPS took exactly 16 days to deliver package from Florida to Canada. When we tried to contact customer to help him with his concerns, he would not speak on the phone and hung up on us 15 times before finally agreeing to talk and discuss the issue. Customer was angry that we did not use UPS or Fedex but never requested those services, which we would have been more than happy to use. Customer already had the tracking number that was provided which showed the parcel was in transit. We told the customer that we have shipped over 100, 000 parcels with the post office and they have never lost a priority package and for him to please be patient. The package was delivered with no issues.

Slight damage to items due to less than desirable packaging for shipping.
Signs just placed between two pieces of cardboard and taped on edges. One sign actually had damage from falling out of package after the one piece of tape slipped off.

The best!!!
Got my invoice almost immediately after the auction ended. They can see I am not local so already had shipping price in the invoice with an option to cancel shipping and pickup/setup my own shipping. Love that! Why doesn't ever auction house do this?!?! I paid and they shipped out the next business day. Shipping price was much cheaper than expected too, AMAZING!!! Super fast at EVERYTHING!

How does it get any better than this?
10 % premium and actual shipping cost. I won my lots on a Saturday and had them delivered the following Thursday. Absolutely the best auction experience ever.
