Maybe they are trying to get my item shipped, but it is not here after 3 weeks.

Hans Auction sold my item that I won and paid for to another bidder. It was a lovely pendant that was intended to be a Christmas gift to my Mother. They were very matter of fact and and offered an I'm sorry. Here are some items that we selected f9r you to choose from in it's place? I requested a refund and they have complied. Needless to say, I am more than upset that this could even happen in the first place. I was not offered an explanation... nothing. I am done with them.... and what a shame that is!

Wrong description, I paid almost $1000, received fake item. Scam. Fraud

Very manipulative people, please don’t buy anything or bid anything on this auction house. They are actually sending fake items without authenticity and just scamming customers. All these 5 star reviews are from his friends and colleagues. I request all of you please do not buy anything from them. These people are scammers and frauds. They are located in UK and my item arrived from Japan. Upon testing it turned out to be fake.
