Beautiful sterling necklace with coral and turquoise was shipped in 3 layers of bubble wrap and a flexible envelope with no signature required. It arrived badly twisted but can be fixed. It could have been irreparably damaged or stolen since it was not boxed or signature required.

This auction house is always reliable

I called to verify description and was told their gemologist whom they trusted verified "natural" origin. They obviously need a better gemologist. I took a chance on un-certified pearls and lost which in the end is on me. Shipping was very fast but pearls were sent in a padded envelope rather than box which was somewhat disappointing (arrived ok).
