Good day, Renee, This item was purchased over 3 months ago in June, and this is the first that I am aware of your dissatisfaction with your purchase. I would have been happy to work with you if we missed something if you had contacted me directly. I reviewed the many pictures which are still online, and I cannot see what you are referring to. We realize how important accurate descriptions and photographs are to online auctions and we truly do our best to represent each item, faults and all. If we miss something, we have been known to issue refunds. Regarding the shipping condition, we ship everything wrapped in a clear plastic bag to protect it from the elements in case the packaging is compromised. The garment should have been folded properly, and for that we apologize for, and I will work on training our staff on how to properly pack and ship these textiles. Again, we apologize that your purchase and our service did not meet your standards.
