Bidder Reviews for Simple Fine Art (1)

I paid for these items immediately in January the day an invoice was issued. This item still hasn't arrived and was lost in the shipping method (USPS!) and NO REFUND has been issued to date despite being told this would take 2 weeks. I need help securing a refund. Please advise.
