Shipping was highly expensive. Was charged $58.00 for a $7.00 shipping. No Bueno.!

Unresponsive. Worst seller on this site of the many I have bought from.

Please be aware dear buyers these are all over priced reproductions and will be shipped to you at a very high rate (much higher than other companies using the same shipper. Buyer beware!

I was surprised about the framing of the pieces I purchased which seemed to be of very low quality. I have not taken the pieces out of the frames but I will do so to check their authenticity. Friends who have seen these pieces have questioned their authenticity and signatures of the artists.

My only criticism is the selection of shipping and payment could've of been quicker.

After a slightly slow start between hammer and shipment, my lot arrived safe and well packaged. Quality of framework exceeded expectations, so that was a nice touch and appreciated. Overall experience was fantastic and I look forward to future opportunities to bid again.

200 $more than Royal Treasure Warehouse (100 $in mail fees and 100 $in taxes???) why these differences???? i bought 2 painting (Picasso) from Royal Treasure and all is ok why so much difference with Star Auctions? For sure that is the last time i bought from Star auction.....

as stated previously, i have reached out multiple times to arrange for shipment as i am leaving the country for 3 months as of 12/30 and will not be here to receive the so called matisse watercolors-they should have labeled them "after matisse" if we are being truthful. In any event, i am going to call my credit card company and rescind this order as they have in no way gotten back to me regarding shipment.

I find your auction bidding process very confusing. I’ve wanted to bid on certain items, and I have tried, but then I got a message that I wasn’t qualified or something like that, yet I have the cash and the desire to buy. Very frustrating! You should make it easier to bid!
