Love dag...... great finds, easy pick up. There is a relatively new guy that works behind counter.... helps me with pick ups. Early 30's and a breath of happy contagious energy. I apologize for not remembering his name but he is always so helpful. Remembers me..... just the nicest guy. Best addition ever. Thank you dag!

The auction listing clearly stated that "In house shipping is available" in the description of the item. After I won the auction, I messaged asking how I go about arranging payment for the in-house shipping. I did not hear back for 8 days and then received a message stating that they "clearly stated shipping was not available" for my items (you can view the listing and see this is false, they stated in-house shipping WAS available: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/********** _lot-of-3-art-glass-sculptures-swan-hat-basket). They sent contact info on two shippers, but never apologized for their mistake. The first shipper on their list wanted to charge $200 just for picking up. (Thankfully, the second shipper, a UPS store, was much more reasonable.) It all worked out and I was very satisfied with the UPS store, which was very prompt and reasonable, but I would not have bid if they had the correct info in their listing of in-house shipping not being available.

I love working with direct, they are experts, efficient and easy easy easy local pickup! I LOVE THESE GUYS! Everything I buy is as described and they are so nice! Best auction house in Chicago! So many crooks on here, it is nice to see someone doing it right!

I have purchased 5 or 6 high dollar cameras from them and all were expertly packaged and protected for shipment to me. I did contact them on a previous auction and they called back in a very reasonable amount of time and were very patient and helpful with all my questions/concerns on shipping.
