I’ve been trying to change my account from auto pay (credit card with a exhorbant fee) to a pay by check. No response. I can’t tell the difference between Live Auctions and Matthews. Way too confusing to me. I’ll buy elsewhere.

This was a very competitive auction for Pepsi items cherished by many. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification on how to proceed after I won, the staff were always so helpful.
