None of the items in this catalog is subject to any guarantee of authenticity, age, condition, authorship, materials, estimate of value or any other feature of items being sold and all of the property is sold as is. All bids from customers outside of continental 48 states will be declined. BUYERS PREMIUM: 0%. There is no buyers premium added to hammer price. RESERVE PRICE: Our lots are not subject to a reserve. Any lot is sold to the highest bidder. DISCOUNTS: 5% Discount (up to $75) for multiple items from the same auction. Win multiple items and we will deduct on your invoice 5% from the highest lot price, up to $75, which is less. To qualify for this discount you must win at least 2 items (not multiple items listed in the same Lot) from the same auction with price for each separate Lot $150 or more. Please see examples bellow: - Lot 1 - $1,000, Lot 2 - $250, Lot 3 - $100. You will receive on your invoice 5% discount of $50 for Lot 1. - Lot 1 - $2,000, Lot 2 - $250. You will receive on your invoice the max discount of $75. - Lot 1 - $1,500, Lot 2 - $100. No discount because the second lot is less than $150. - Lot 1 - $140, Lot 2 - $100. No discount. - You win only one Lot, any amount. No discount. This discount will not apply to multiple items from different actions (different dates) or multiple items listed in one Lot. All items will be shipped to the winners physical PayPal confirmed address only, no exceptions. No different recipient names, no different or multiple addresses. The winner of multiple items must send an email to Mlad & Nov Gallery containing the Lot numbers immediately after the auction. ESTIMATED VALUE: A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling or resale price. BID CANCELLATION: No bid cancellation will be honored. Each bidder is responsible for his or her own account and bids. A bid entered by mistake on the part of a bidder is NOT grounds for a cancellation of the bid. The bidder assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: We do not sell on consignments. We own every piece and all products listed on our catalog are available and ready to be shipped. After the highest bidder pay the full purchase price and all shipping costs (if there is no free shipping the shipping fee will be posted in the lot description) the ownership of the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder. PAYMENT: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made by via PAYPAL. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 3 business days will result in an open dispute at Live Auctioneers web site and may limit your future bidding potential on other auction houses as well. If full payment is not received within 7 business days, then Mlad & Nov Gallery has the right to re-sell the items. SALES TAX: All Illinois residents are required to pay sales tax. SHIPPING CHARGE: If there is no shipping charge the lot will contain Free Shipping in the description. If shipping fee is posted in the lot description it will be included on your invoice. SHIPPING: All shipping arrangements will be handled by Mlad & Nov Gallery. - Domestic Shipping. In most cases we ship within 7 business day of receiving a cleared payment to the winners physical PayPal confirmed address within the continental 48 states only. No different recipient names, no different or multiple addresses. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at the present time. No shipping to PO Boxes as well. - International Shipping. We do not ship to international customers. No shipping to Canada. Buyer agrees that packing and shipping is done at the buyer's risk and that the buyer will pay in advance all shipping and handling costs (except when the shipping is free). We will combine shipping if possible. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. In the event that the item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately, not later than 24 hours from receipt of delivery. After 24 hours from delivery receipt Mlad & Nov Gallery will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company or for any lost deliveries. LOCAL PICK UP: Please be aware that we do not allow local pick up at the present time.
