Auction Policy
1. Registration
All bidders must register prior to placing bids. By registering, bidders agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
2. Bidder Verification
SEUYCO Auctions reserves the right to verify the identity and financial capability of any bidder to ensure the integrity of the auction process.
3. Bidding Process
Bids can be placed online through the auction platform. Please note that in Timed Auctions, absentee bids cannot be retracted less than 2 hours prior to the listed auction start time; in Timed+ auctions, bids cannot be retracted less than 24 hours prior to the lot's designated end time. The highest bid at the close of the auction period will be deemed the winning bid, provided it meets or exceeds the reserve price (if any).
4. Reserve Price
Some items may have a reserve price. The reserve price equates to the amount deemed acceptable by the consignor If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold. 5. Auction Conclusion
The auction ends at the specified time. In the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, SEUYCO reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction. In the event of a clerking error resulting in an item being accidentally sold below the reserve price, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale. SEUYCO will contact the bidder and make every effort to finalize the transaction at the agreed-upon reserve price, in addition to a reduced buyer's premium and any applicable fees including sales tax and transaction fees. We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to damage to an item, out-of-stock listing, misrepresentation of an item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund equal to the purchase price will be issued.
6. Winning Bidders
Winning bidders will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete their purchase.
7. Non-Payment
If the winning bidder fails to pay for an item within the specified timeframe, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it in a future auction.Non-payment will result in a dispute filed against the winning bidder. A dispute filed against you creates a permanent mark on your account and notifies other sellers of the non-payment. If you receive two or more disputes, your account will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to bid on LiveAuctioneers' platform until all unpaid disputes are resolved.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the auction process will be resolved at the sole discretion of SEUYCO. Bidders agree to abide by the final decision of SEUYCO.
9. Changes to Policies
SEUYCO reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting them.

Coins
Uncirculated (UNC): Coins that have never been used in commerce and retain their original mint condition.
Extremely Fine (XF): Coins with very light wear on the highest points but with all details visible and sharp.
Very Fine (VF): Coins with moderate wear on the high points and some details worn but still clear.
Fine (F): Coins with considerable wear, but the major details are still clear.
Good (G): Coins that are heavily worn, with major details visible but faint.
Sports Memorabilia
We strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all items listed for auction. For items that are hand signed, please be aware that the placement and strength of the signature may vary slightly from item to item. The photographs provided are representative of the item; however, the size, placement, and intensity of the signature may differ. Items that are certified will be clearly indicated in the lot description. Some items may come with a physical certificate, while others will include a sticker with a certification number that can be manually verified on the authentication company's website. Jewelry

Grading and Certification
Certification: Each diamond and loose stone will include any available certification from recognized gemological laboratories such as GIA, AGS, or IGI. The certification details will be clearly stated in the lot description.
Grading: The diamonds and loose stones are graded based on the 4 Cs: Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity. These details will be prominently featured in the item description.
Physical Condition
Appearance: A detailed description of the stone's appearance, including any visible inclusions, blemishes, or other characteristics that affect its visual appeal.

No statement in the catalog, brochures, website, bill of sale, invoice, any supplementary material, or statements by any SEUYCO employee shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
c. Descriptions: No warranty, whether express or implied, is made with respect to any description contained in this auction or any second opinion. Any description of the items or second opinion is provided as a courtesy for identifying the items for those bidders who do not have the opportunity to view the lots in person, and no description of items has been made part of the basis of the transaction or has created any express warranty that the goods would conform to any description made by the auctioneer.
