Highlights include a fine group of weathervanes including a J.W. Fiske Gilt Copper Running Horse , a Jockey Weathervane and a Cushing and White Painted Copper Cow Weathervane. Furniture highlights include a Queen Anne Cherry High Chest of Drawers, probably Hartford, CT, from the ?John Roberts? Group, a group of Chinese Export Lacquer Furniture, a pair of Gothic Revival Oak Armchairs, attributed to A.J. Davis, NY, a Renaissance Revival Walnut Armchair, from Hunzinger and a group of Patchwork Quilts from the Collection of Alexandra Stoddard. Silver highlights include drink ware by Tiffany & Co., a rare 18th century Scottish cake basket by Lothian & Robertson, and a fine selection of Georgian English tableware. The sale features a selection of Chinese Export porcelain complemented by an array of blue and white ceramics from China and the Netherlands. Fine art highlights include a handsome pair of portraits by Erastus Salisbury Field, a Thanksgiving scene attributed to Grandma Moses, marine and landscape scenes, and a group of portraits by the illustrator Charles Dana Gibson.
