For all wire transfers, there is a $30 - $45 Bank Fee for a charge. For PayPal Account outside the U.S., we will charge a 4.5% transaction fee. For all American Credit Card payments, there is a 3.5% transaction fee. ALL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF INVOICE, no later than 5 p.m. on the seventh (7) day. An invoice is sent to the winners normally within 2 business days. We will open disputes online if the buyer fails to pay within 7 days. Upon requests, we provide services to pack, ship, and clear custom on our clients' behalf. We strongly advise our clients to use our shipping services to save time and money - especially for those OVER-SIZED HEAVY ITEMS such as LARGE BRONZES AND STONE CARVINGS or fragile items. We will use our branch in China to redistribute the items in China, with assistance provided by local shippers.
