Terms and Conditions established by Estate Sales Unlimited (ESU) for all auctions. Estate Sales Unlimited is liquidating the personal collection of a long time watch collector/enthusiast. These watches are part of his estate we have been directed to sell by the executor of his estate. Many of these time-pieces have descriptive info the owner placed on them years ago. No attempt was made to remove or confirm any of this info. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these markings, though we feel they are a fairly accurate impression of his inspections. All watches in this auction are part of his collection. Preview Information: Live preview will be at the Estate Sales Unlimited auction center on Saturday March 10th, from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm. Doors open Sunday at 10:00 am, and the auction starts at 11:00 am. All contents of this auction can be amended exclusively by Estate Sales Unlimited either by the posting of notices or by oral announcement made during the sale. The highest bidder acknowledged will be the actual Buyer. Should a dispute arise between the bidders; or in the event of doubt on Estate Sales Unlimited's part as to the validity of any bid, Estate Sales Unlimited will have the exclusive final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute and is not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection there within. Estate Sales Unlimited shall be the sole arbitrator in case of any disputed bid. Buyer's Premium: All items are subject to a 15% buyer's premium. The buyer's premium is a fee traditionally charged by auction houses on the sale of fine goods. It is added to the winning bid prices and is paid by the buyer as part of the total sale price. Estimates: Each lot in the catalog is given a low and high estimate representing the range, which, in the opinion of Estate Sales Unlimited, represents a fair and probable auction value. The estimates were determined using our limited resources, therefore subject to change upon further research. Actual sale prices may fall above or below this range. Warranties: Neither Estate Sales Unlimited nor its consignor makes any express or implied warranties whatsoever concerning any property in the catalog, including and without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as specifically and expressly provide in these Terms and Condition. Payment Conditions: Payments must be made through PayPal. All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal only. Sorry, no personal checks, money orders or cashier checks accepted.
