It is often difficult to get a full picture of condition by just looking at photos. The 4 auctions of 1954 Topps baseball cards well exceeded my expectations

Given the below story, i can't accurately judge shipping or accuracy of descriptions, but I do not want to impact the averages... please read on: When first opening the auction shipment, I was horrified by hundreds of comics just poured into 9000 square inch box, and missing non-comic items. Within minutes of my initial query of the missing items I had received a phone call directly from Mr. White. After a very confusing conversation, we determined that something had happened at FedEx; they re-packaged everything (extremely poorly) and threw out the previous packaging (along with the missing auction items). Chuck@ P. A. C. C. assured me (and we confirmed with the tracking dimensions) that his packaging was 1/3 of the size and securely packed; not loose in a giant box. My local FedEx distribution center definitely re-packaged the shipment. Chuck@ P. A. C. C. collected photos from me, filed the insurance claim, and kept me in the loop the whole time. So while my experience started as a pure nightmare to any collector, turned into the most incredible customer service experience I think I've ever had. I wish other auction houses here had even a fraction of Chuck's ethical drive. I can't begin to articulate the thanks for the resolution to this most unfortunate events that were completely out of the control of the auction house.
