Fast service with reasonable packing and shipping rates … packing and shipping rates half of what I normally have to pay with ALL the dozens of other auction houses I dealt with over the last many years. 5 Stars!

Packing was terrible, items were received literally smashed. The store/auction house has now conveniently "gone out of business" and no one will respond. Whoever is in charge of this shop/store needs to get blacklisted from Liveauctioneers. Take the money and run? That's BS...

Received a Sonic speaker cabinet. The magnet was completely ripped off the speaker and the metal speaker housing was broken. I could hear the giant magnet bouncing around inside the cabinet when I picked up the box. I immediately sent photos of the cabinet, no response. Paid BIG BIG BUCKS for shipping, and it came destroyed. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could post the photos, very SAD. I would take responsibility for something I sold, I expect the same courtesy when purchasing. BUYER BEWARE. I also ordered another set of speakers, and I am afraid to open the boxes. Afraid of HIGH PRICED BOXES OF JUNK.

I knew that the guitar was damaged. But I didn't know that the seller would give me such a difficult time with communication. They didn't answer my messages and for several days after the payment I had no news from them. Suddenly, I received the well-packaged box with the Guitar. If they fix the communication issue, they will become good sellers. I wouldn't buy from them again...
