A responsible and reliable auction house

This auction house's items are mostly genuine, and has various high quality antique weapon.

This was supposed to be a great purchase and gift for my twin brother and I for our birthday, but it turned into me feeling con’d by this auction company and it’s employees. They first make the photos look like you are getting more than they give you. There was no description that my items would require assembly and they made the photos appear as if you were getting two Japanese swords when I only got 1 per order. Then the payment process was as sketchy as I have ever done, wire transferred them the thousands of dollar to an international bank only to then receive a message after they confirmed payment that they were requesting to remove 1 of my items with no explanations. After requesting a reason they gave me that it didnt make the reserve price they set. Clearly a lie as the live auction app let me buy it and pay for it on the invoice. They then requested to cancel the item again after I said no. This is all without addressing the fact I had already paid for it. I got my items after closer to 2 month after I won them. Only 2/3 items I purchased with no sign of my refund for the item they forcibly removed from my invoice. Bad practices and shady company. Don’t do business with them. Buyer beware I have asked live auction to investigate all transactions to do with this company. With no response
