Item was as described and of good quality. Buyer's premium was very reasonable. But item I purchased was a small pair of cufflinks which cost $100. Shipping was $75!! I've purchased numerous similar items at auction, and shipping has been about 1/3 of that.

We don't sell on live auctioneers anymore and we have no more dealings with live auctioneers. And we're out of business. We only have our email going off which we are soon to disable. Good day. They listed broken items that they said were brand new. When I emailed them my concern then took no responsibility saying they are an auction house not a retail store. Furthermore I do not know where they get their information for the cut, carat, color, and clarity of the diamonds or the kind of metal. One of the diamond rings I won came with GIA report even though no report was specified in the description below the item. When I inquired about getting reports for the other items they said no where in the description does it say they would provide that. One of the diamond rings was not wrapped in a container or even a small plastic bag or paper-it was thrown in an envelope with the other items. It could be scratched. I would give this auction house less than 1 star. Please save your money for a trustworthy auction house. Also I ordered and paid for items on March 10th and received them today April 5th.

I got 2 rings 1 was really nice and the other was ok but the shipping was outrageous. The shipping was mor than the rings. I will not buy from this auction again there are many others on here that are great and reasonable

GIA item report not disclosed even after the item was paid for, GIA received with the item 22 days after. GIA reports list not previously disclosed important poor qualities: chip, crystal, cavity, feather, cloud. The pictures show better earrings that I have received.
