Notable Auctions provided fake auction info

Notable Auctions provided auction info about this item I won. They wrote the item as "Rare Meissen Porcelain Nodder Pagoda Figure". However, the item was not made by Meissen at all. I tried to ask a return and refund of the Meissen item, but they auction house use their unfair auction terms to reject my refund application. This was cheating behavior in selling and I was cheated for more than 1000 dollar for this item. Be careful with this auction house!!
