I won 2 lots with this house. I was sent a PayPal invoice which didn’t work. I was unable to use because “their PayPal was currently messed up” so they asked me to pay using some China-based card company and even badgered me to “just send them the money or time will run out on these-just use this China app” I’ve never heard of and they did it several times even offering “a discount for a family funds transaction” I declined and asked for them to notify me when PayPal was functioning again. About 3 weeks later they sent me an email with a PayPal invoice which I paid immediately. Some time went by so I emailed them a few times asking for an update and they replied within a day or so … then after a few weeks went by they ghosted me. To be honest, I believe they were waiting the refund period out, for enough time to go by that even PayPal wouldn’t issue a refund-they kept replying with something like “oh we cannot ship at this time blah blah” and I get it, China was under serious lockdowns-so at a month I emailed them again and said “where are my items? I won 2 lots and sent you nearly $600. Can I get an update?” At this point Ruyi was not bothering to reply at all, so I contacted PayPal and got a refund within 5 minutes. I cannot recommend this auction house to anyone-unless you want to just give cash away or use it to light a cigar and watch it go up in smoke because this company is SHADY. The only review I have seen for them is where the buyer never received their goods either. Live Auctioneers should remove this company, they aren’t going to step in and guarantee your purchases, so it’s no skin off their nose. I would avoid this company like the plague.

BEWARE!!!!! So far, this is a total scam! I made substancial purchases, payed promptly by wire transfer, amount not shown as paid in my account and un corrected after multiple requests and 39 messages, just excuses, stopped answering messages, and no receipt of merchandise. Live auctioneers has not been helpful in resolving conflicts. I don’t know how many cases and e mails, and still nothing. If they can not perform as promised they should refund my money immediately!
