I have sent multiple emails to them stating a new address to send the invoice. No response. If I call the telephone # the message says NOT to leave a message. They monitor the email hourly. Liveauctioneers has a payment due flag, but I have NO INVOICE AND CANNOT GET ONE. Extremely poor communication and service.
