Would have liked tracking numbers on shipment.

I have won a lot from Ingenuity Gallery in May and paid everything; however, no one tell me when my lot will be ship out and the tracking number; no one reply my emails and pick up my calls. And I still do not receive my lot. It's nightmare!

I had to email or call Ingenuity Gallery to prompt every single step of the transaction. Please send me invoice, how do I pay, when will it ship, why did you ship 2 day expensive, please just send first class mail (very small item). It seemed like they had absolutely no processes in place to effect the transaction. They had to send me a special email with a payment link, which I had to ask for. Spoke via email or phone at least 6 times. Then item was finally sent "first class" and was inexplicably delayed. It took more than 10 days to get to Philadelphia area from NYC, about 150 miles. Will Never buy from them again. Huge pain in the.....

I hope this is not shown to the auction house. I have paid three weeks ago and have not received anything, including even a fake shipping order. When I call or email them I get a confused Chinese lady who speaks poor English. I'm worried this may be another stiffed auction result for me (about $750)! Hopefully, they're just slow, I can't afford another lose this size..... Thanks, David
