Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. It was a pleasure!
As usual, the entire process from bidding to receipt of the netsuke I won was a pleasure. Everyone involved was helpful and knowledgeable. I love Jackie Auctions!

Very flexible and easy to deal with
I have won several lots in Galerie Zacke auctions and have always found them to be very helpful. They were the first overseas auctioneer I had ever dealt with and they helped me navigate international payments and regulations, going beyond what I expected, even cautioning me because of US laws concerning certain materials, notably ivory, and the delays and costs of importing objects carved from it. Beyond that, their catalogs are works of art. The descriptions and pictures are wonderful. I have enjoyed all my contacts with them and am very happy with all the lots I have won.
